Join certified yoga teacher Patricia Rutherford for a gentle, candlelit class with joyful movement and mindful breath. These yoga classes are offered specifically with non-traditional yoga bodies in mind. Classes occur in a comfortable, non-competitive environment. Absolute beginners are welcome along with any other “level.” No yoga experience is necessary.

«I’ve had a lifelong love for music and movement and over the years I kept coming to yoga, but never quite found the right “fit” — a place where I felt included and seen as a woman in a non traditional yoga body. I finally found my way to SoulSessions and Katrina Bultje a few years ago now and I haven’t looked back. I completed my RYT 200hour training with Katrina at Soul Flow Yoga in Hamilton in June 2018 and then went on to complete Yoga For All training as well. I am passionate about making the magic of yoga accessible to all bodies because at its heart, yoga is a practice of unity, inclusion, compassion and love. Come — just as you are — to move and groove and connect on Monday nights at Body Brave.»
