Starting Friday, October 5, 2018 at 4:30 PM LOST will be hosting a weekly Laughter club entitled, Laugh & Let Go.
Laughter Sessions involve clapping and chanting exercises, laughter exercises, deep breathing exercises, laughter meditation, and finishes with a grounding exercise.
All ages and abilities welcome!
Laughter Clubs are independent and self-managed local gatherings of people who laugh as a form of exercise, and choose to feel good about themselves and the world they live in with other like-minded individuals. For humans to be happy, we need a network of healthy emotional relationships with a group of people who care about us and about whom we care for.
Social Laughter Clubs have the power to reach beyond the healing of laughter. The effective network of caring-sharing relationships is the key to a happy and healthy life as well as providing a rich social network of people who care about one another, and perhaps even more importantly, a way of getting to know new people who we care about. This promotes a security which resists stress and promotes excellence in all other areas of life!
Our Laughter Club is a not-for-profit, social, inclusive community where we engage in Laughter Yoga Sessions that are exclusive of religious, political, racial or other divisive groups.
This is a drop-in class with no membership or session fee.
