A British folk duo on a cross-Canada tour following the release of their first full-length album. The main instruments they perform with are guitar, mandolin, mandola and harmonica, and their songs are gentle, folky and fun, with strong imagery of nature and a stripped back early folk vibe.
***People are welcome to hang out and jam after the show, but please be mindful of the volume of music and outdoor conversation after 10pm, to be respectful of the people who live nearby who have to work early the next day.***
The Clef strives to be a fun, safe, community space where all people are welcome, in an atmosphere that fosters musical exploration and appreciation. All who come in peace and will respect the property are invited. Behaviour that is oppressive towards other people, physically or emotionally, will be confronted.
As for parking, it may be a challenge! Carpool, walk, or bike if you can. If you need to drive, there's limited street parking on Stanley.
The Clef supports growing musicians! If you are inspired to practice music but don't have an instrument, please inquire about borrowing a guitar or rehearsing on The Clef's piano. Also, please inquire about renting The Clef for rehearsal, if you need a space for this. ♥ ♥ ♥
