We all breathe but do you breathe consciously? Breath is Life, not only because if we stopped breathing we would cease living but because of how integrated the breath is with every other system and function of the body. LDB or long-deep breathing will trigger a parasympathetic nervous system response which relaxes the body and promotes the healing process.
In the Yogic Sciences as well as the Martial Art's the Navel Chakra or Hara Point has been known as our Infinite source of energy. Developing this energetic centre is directly related to aligning and strengthening the physical group of muscles known together as the Navel Point.
In this workshop we'll discuss LDB, the Navel Point, the Manipura Chakra (The 3rd or Navel Chakra) and move through a series of exercises and pranayamas (breath control exercises) to feel, align and strengthen this most vital centre of our body, our Navel Point. Gain strength, stamina and stability through conscious breathing.
