The principles of NIA begin in the physical realm of the body, becoming mindful of and sustaining the sensation for pleasure and self-healing.
Nia principles are explored through the lens of science, mechanics and components of the body and movement.
Playing with 52 Moves of the Nia Technique TOGETHER we will explore the nine movement forms:
Jazz, Duncan, Modern, Aikido, Tai Chi, Tae Kown Do, The Alexander Technique, The Work of Mocshe Feldenkrais and Yoga.
